The Battle of the Bulge in the Ardennes Forest of Belgium and Luxembourg was the largest land battle that Americans have ever fought in. During Hitler's last gamble in the West, the civilians in the area were caught between the Americans and the Germans and found themselves literally with "No Place To Go" as the battle lines changed. From cellar to cellar and farm to farm seeking shelter, many civilians would interact or see soldiers from the different armies within minutes of each other. Learn how many of these people survived this great battle, including the Siege of Bastogne, the bombing of Houffalize and what it was like to witness the most decorated platoon in WW2 during their actions at Lanzerath.
